believe in me,
only through me
is the true way.
spiritual masters
sometimes make
this mistake.
the fools teach us
absent of their egos.
but master’s use
metaphor and simile.
we don’t understand
the truth of the moonlight,
or its reflection in
the still forest pond.
take in the truth,
dismiss the master,
and see your own
reflection in the
face of the moon.

Wonderful! I had an amazing experience the other night when I was lying outside on a hammock gazing up at the night sky. It was mostly cloudy, but there were two stars, appearing to be rather close to each other, and they suddenly seemed to be like two eyes looking at me. And there we were, with my two eyes gazing at the stars' eyes and we were both Spirit seeing Spirit as One.
